How it works
"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

Vision board
If you are like me, you think a lot about the things you want out of life. I found that the way you think about them, changes how you achieve them.
How will it look or feel when you have achieved your goals?
The Vision Board makes ideas visual, so you can direct your efforts in the right direction!
Weekly Plan & summary
In order to be successful in planning and achieving 1, 5 or 10-year goals, you have to make sure your weekly habits and goals are aligned with the big picture.
The Weekly Plan & Summary lets you organize your week around the habits and tasks that will get you closer to achieving your goals you listed in your Vision Board.
Daily Journal
The bigger your goals, the bigger your responsibilities.
That’s why this is a key piece of the puzzle.
The Journal routine, takes 5 minutes per day and is designed to be a mini sprint of Planning and Performing but with a touch of self care.
Journaling has been proven to be a powerful tool for high achievers to calm their minds, relieving depressive and anxiety symptoms.
Vision Board
Here is my personal Vision Board. Feel free to copy that to your account on Trello.
I like to use stock images to represent how it will look/feel when I achieve my goals.
Get creative and change it up so it resonates with your life goals!
Weekly Plan & Summary
For this one I use Airtable, a free databasing tool. I added some code, so it works in the way that we need!
Just sign up for a free account and copy the base, then you can edit with your weekly goals!
Plan, check, review and repeat!
