Director Of Growth @ Weee!

I make apps grow faster

Based in San Jose, CA.

About me

I run growth and write code. Most of my job is building the systems around the work: dashboards, automations, and AI workflows that help me see what to do next. I like problems with real constraints: live budgets, messy data, and tools that still have to work after the demo.

I'm Brazilian, based in San Jose. When I'm not working I'm playing guitar or building apps nobody asked for. The latest one was a World Cup prediction pool for my friends' WhatsApp group. Somehow 88 people are using it.

Leadership roles in growth, product, and engineering

Director of Growth

01

current

I lead AI-assisted growth operations: paid media across Meta and Google, lifecycle on Klaviyo, and the internal tooling and automation around all of it. Earlier here I built a self-serve sponsored ads system generating over $2M/year and cut CAC by 50%.

Projects & Apps

Things I've built. Some for work, some for friends, some just to see if I could.

AI Growth Operating System

The system I use to run paid media and lifecycle at work. It plans changes, applies them across Meta, Google, and Klaviyo, reads back what actually happened, and writes it all down. Anything I do twice becomes a script or a skill so I never do it a third time.

Bolão da Copa

A World Cup prediction pool I built for my friends' WhatsApp group. 88 people, 24 pools, 6,500+ predictions and counting.

Reply App

An iOS keyboard that writes X replies in your own voice. The keyboard was the easy part. App Store screenshots, subscriptions, and review notes are where side projects go to die — almost through it.

Tradex

Experimenting with an autonomous trading agent that works for me as an employee. Lots of potential!

OpenClaw Growth Operator

An AI workbench I use as a growth specialist: analyzing campaign data, shipping Klaviyo lifecycle campaigns, creating ad concepts, writing automation scripts, and spinning up mini apps when the team needs leverage faster than a roadmap can provide it.

operating rules

Principles

Small rules I come back to when the work gets noisy.

01 / reps

Repeat it slowly until intuition makes you fast.

02 / curiosity

Follow your curiosity. It will show you your next step / level of the game.

03 / horizon

Long-term gains over short-term comfort.

04 / trust

Keep every promise to yourself, no matter how small. If it takes two minutes, do it now.

05 / pause

Breathe before reacting or deciding.

06 / edge

Boredom is a weapon, not a problem.

07 / default

"It could turn out better than I can imagine."

08 / play

Be a fun adult.

I write about this stuff — AI growth systems, agent workflows, and the last 30% of shipping — on X.

Code Art

Hover over each piece to explore my generative code art collection. These works represent the intersection of algorithmic thinking and visual design, bringing digital concepts to life through motion.
